We are not allowed to give valuations on here , i would check ebay sold listings for a more realistic market price . Chrono 24 is very expensive as dealers need to pay for the high fees for selling.

The watch from the pic you posted is a early 60s lyre lug style , perfectly normal to have no certified written on the dial as this was nt done until mid 60s

good luck with it and I would get a service done ASAP

Great looking watch I hope you can keep it and wear it occasionally.

I would give him an honest offer for what the price is of a newly serviced similar condition watch and subtract the cost for your estimated servicing of it.
If he still doesn’t want money then get him a nice gift!

The patina looks beautiful! Just service the movement and you would have a stunner of a timepiece!
    Beautiful!

Very cool! I did not inherit a watch, but I did inherit a JLC Atmos clock.

Suggest you find a watch your uncle would like and give it to him in trade. If the Connie is too dressy, maybe a diver or flieger would be appreciated. Many to choose from in a $500 range.

Another possibility would be an Apple Watch - great as a health monitor (amongst other things).

You can check online as others have said. It's easily more than a grand, though. Pie Pan Constellations are very sought after and rightly so, they are beautiful, fine watches.

This site will tell you all you want to know about Omega Constellations.

By the way, you misspelled "cool" in your title. I think you meant to say "My cool uncle showed me his Omega Constellation today".

Very nice. Constellations are great. I wish I had an uncle with a 50/60s Constellation, let alone one he doesn't wear.

I saw many beautiful vintage but paying and owning it is another thing. It’s need suit lifestyle and taste. I am a sport casual person. I will rather go for vintage sport ms model.
