It's the one pictured at the wrist of Cosmonauts Lazutkin after touch down in 1997 at the end of the worst moent of MIR station... as the lack of materials and resource of russian spce mission at the time, also the lack of band and strap for the watch was critical!
By the way, this in one of the best pictures of a Speedmaster in the real usage I ever seen.
1) Take an old wash rag, do some heavy cleaning with it
2) Do not wash it
3) Cut into approx. 1/2" strip
4) Tie it in a random fashion around your wrist
completed steps 1+2 sall go onto 3+4 next week when the rag has dried out,
