Omega has finally gone too far with its limited editions

Omega has finally did it. A watch so avant-garde, it doesn't even tell time!

Jokes aside, I was wondering how they could get away with blatantly ripping off someone else's logo.

Called up my contact at the Boutique, was told they didn't sell cheese. I showed him your pic and he told me it looks gouda, so they'll take a deposit just in case they hear more about it from Swatch HQ. #1 in line!

Pretty sure that symbol has been around a little longer than the watch company

Omega the greek alphabet, yes. Omega the specific text and greek alphabet placement, probably not. perhaps the logo is too simple that they were unable to copyright it.

Well, this guy didn't even wear one in the movie. I watched the entire film, and nothing. Ridiculous waste of my time.

unless they created the font, which I very much doubt, there's nothing for them to copyright,
and the cookware guys aren't using the same font.

if, for example, name + logo formed a logo, like using the Greek letter in the 'O' 's stead, they might have something, but, as it is,
it's just a letter + letter in extenso in previously created fonts that, problem two, even omega changed over time

Wrong font, wrong color, Omega the watch brand doesn't use that kind of outline,... Zero copyright infringement here.

It doesn’t tell the time but it sure cuts well.
