    Is this original?(vintage omega)

I bought this lately because I knew the seller personally and it was a perfect gift for my sis . It is said to be from 1970s and has a calibre 1020 movement . So far it works like a charm and has no problems since 2 weeks ago when I bought it. It’s 35mm wide too.

Inside the back of the case back there will be a reference number

I'm no expert on vintage Omegas, but the two things I spot are the misalignment on the day/date within the window and the inconsistent lettering on "Seamaster". It looks like it was done by hand.

Have you had a look inside?
    Tempus Populi likes this.
    If it's a good meter, it's a Fluke.
Hang my self when I get enough rope. (It's a Tubes lyric, from the mid 70's; song's called "White Punks on Dope". Enough said?)
The difference between 12 and 21 is dyslexia.

I think that dial is not original. May be a refinish of the original, but it makes me question the whole watch.

Agreed on the dial possibly being replaced. Removing the caseback would really be a huge help.
