Planet ocean liquid metal limited edition

I have ordered a Planet Ocean Liquid Metal Limited Edition through Chrono 24.

It comes with original box but no papers. I know the original box is specific to this limited edition but there was no photo of the box uploaded.
Now ordinarily i would not have bought it without the papers but it was quite a bit cheaper than expected so i thought i would take a punt.

Then whilst searching the internet, i saw a post that there are fake/replica versions made by a couple of companies and wondered if there would be any tell tale signs that it was genuine.

I should be receiving it by the end of the month.

I know that Chrono24 guarantee that the watch is genuine but it would obviously be for me to check it and raise a query should i have any doubts.

I’m guessing you bought the one for just shy of £3000. Who knows? If genuine and a keeper?

Head to your local OB and get them to take a look under the hood.

. Yes. Strangely, the picture was of the LM model but the code number did not match. So either the photos are correct or the code is.
I’ll have to wait and see.

What was the code number? Do you still have a link to ch24 listing?

Unfortunately, Although I can still access it through the app, the listing has now gone.

I think youre covered by their returns policy if theres anything dodgy about it. If youre worried though, have a look at the "replica" ie fake crap forums to see the serial numbers of the fakes. I wont list it here but theres a huge community of these idiots but you can often find info that will stop you getting scammed. They usually have one or 2 serial numbers on the fakes so if yours matches these then you can return it.
