It will be a nice change from my non-flashy divers.

Did you order with the bracelet or rubber? I know people say always get the bracelet, but the bracelet with gold is very expensive. And honestly a bit too flashy. So, even if I get it, I will probably wear it on rubber most times. So I'm not sure if it's worth the extra cost to get the bracelet.

On rubber; I feel the black strap works well with the Sedna gold/black dial.

Such a beautiful watch! I think this two-tone works great on the rubber strap!

heck, I shelved my Planet Ocean's bracelet in favor of a rubber strap myself. makes it more "tool-ish"

    Huge fan!
That is a fantastic looking watch. Iím also usually not a fan of gold, but this just works.

Thanks! I agree, and I usually shy away from gold in large part myself. I have a YG DD I wear rarely, but the tone of Omegaís Sedna gold just sings to me. Iíd rock the Omega Seamaster 300 in Sedna in a heartbeat.

You just took me well beyond my Sedna Gold comfort zone.

Bridge too far? An example of too much of a good thing not necessarily being a good thing...?

Iíve been toying with the idea of consolidating a few SS pieces into something full PM for awhile now, but Iím worried it might end up being a bit too aggressive for my tastes. I really want to see the SM300 Sedna to help me decide, but I have yet to find it anywhere to see it in the metal.

Might be a very good reason for that.
