the ETNZ chrono seems to go for the same effect on purpose but it's a different bezel for sure.

This is NOT NORMAL.
I had the same issue and got my bezel replaced under warranty! I had to fight with the Omega Service Center a bit but they acknowledged it was an issue after the initially just wiped it down with alcohol. Attached is a pic of mine vs a normal one. This annoyed me to no end, I'm glad I'm not the only one.
I am not a big fan of super shinny dials or ceramic bezel inserts, the more matte the better

Didn't realise this was an issue with the SMPc. I've seen pics where it looked like the numbers were hard to see but i thought it was normal. Is this an issue with only the black ones or do the blue ones have this problem as well?
