To follow up, ended up purchasing the watch. Phenomenal for and look. 6" wrist for reference.

What’s the lug to lug measurement? 45mm?

I'm actually somewhat jealous of people with smaller wrists. If I had smaller wrists, I'd be looking at vintage watches. You can get some awesome 31mm to 34mm watches. Think of the Dirty Dozen, tons of manual and automatic Rolex Oysters (date, no date, etc.), Rolex Explorer 1/DateJust, and many other cool vintage watches were 36mm would be considered "jumbo". There are some great <39mm Chronographs too. The Sinn 256P for example, the Wakmann Triple Calendar from the 60's, Wittnauer Professional Chronograph, IWC 3741 Mechaquartz, Breitling Top Time, etc. I'd buy any of those over a Speedy Reduced personally as I always hated the Speedy Reduced because the subdials are too far apart. IMO, it's simply not aesthetically pleasing due to the geometry...it reminds of people with orbital hypertelorism.

I had the same considerations and opted for a FOIS, before I switched to a pro. The FOIS does wear smaller than a pro regardless of lug width, in my opinion at least. I'd try to find a boutique where you can try on on.
It's a beautiful piece and there are tons of aftermarket strap options for it. Furthermore, despite not being a perfect end links (560 or 617) to lugs fit, a bracelet (1125) is possible for the FOIS.

If the FOIS doesn't work out for you, I'd try to get a Reduced off a reputable source as lo_scrivano suggested. Resembles the pro more and there's something about the bezel and the date window on the 324.30.38.50.01.001 that's just too busy looking for me.
