    Definitely worth the attempt, but I would also vote dislike seeing the result. For me the strap just doesn‘t work with a Speedy.

    Don't mean to hijack your thread, but I just did a similar thing. I like what you have done. Mine is on a Bonetto Cinturini. What do you think?

    I think it looks clean. I agree that the rubber is meant more for dive watches, but aesthetically it looks nice.

    I'm awaiting delivery for a blue/white stitches from Aliexpress. Super cheap and I believe it even has Omega and particulars in the inner rubber.

    Any pics of the brighter blue ones that you can share? I've seen some and mostly gray, but not accurate pictures.
