Daytona is the way to go, if you can get your hands on one at MSRP!

I would go for either a Speedmaster or perhaps a birth-year Rolex (maybe a GMT).

I’m on board with Speedy but prefer what others recommend in terms or some variety. If I were you I would get a blue IWC pilot watch or a Panerai to mix it up.

If you want something unique and a sure conversation starter, try an Omega Mark II Reissue. Amazing timepiece.

As you like the FOIS, rumours abound that there could be a reissue of the 105.003 Ed White for the 50th anniversary of the Apollo landings, which has the straight lugs and applied logo like the FOIS, yet has the white hands that you see on the Speedy Pro. Much better dial legibility than the FOIS too IMO. Also it would probably come with a hesalite crystal too. Stunner!!

Failing that, I would get a Seamaster 300 in titanium. Adds a spash of beautiful Omega blue, ticks the no date box and it dresses up things a little on bracelet or leather.

Appreciate all the thoughts and input from everyone! I think the assessment that my hesitation to go with the options I thought of was indeed because they're so similar; the use cases and aesthetics would overlap.

So, getting something different will probably be the way to go. I initially had some hesitation about a dress watch since I use the Breitling for that, but it's quite flashy so it isn't always appropriate. A true dress watch like a white or champagne-faced fluted bezel Datejust 36 is on my mind now, I'll have to go to an AD to try on one of those plus some other options and see where I land.

I wore a 36mm stainless and silver dial with white gold fluted bezel Rolex Datejust as my daily business watch for 20 years until I sold it a few years back to fund the purchase of my first Sub. All said, the 36mm Datejust is a classic and beautiful watch albeit a bit small by today's standards. If you get the opportunity, go to an AD and check out the new 39 and 41mm Datejusts. The 39mm Stainless Steel with black dial is a stunner. Very minimalist but elegant and sporty at the same time. There are a few good vids of this on Youtube if interested. Good luck with your purchase.

You've got to have a chronograph to go with the Porsche! Any one of these would be good to consider as well: Carrera, Daytona, El Primero. I would get the Speedmaster Pro myself.

I own the FOIS and it’s an amazing watch so i am a bit biased but it will be a great addition to your other two divers. Good luck with your decision.
