Purely subjective of course, but I just don't like submariner, any part of it. Daytona is nice looking watch, but marketing/prices apart I don't see myself buying submariner like ever.

Keep the Sub, bring the cannoli, :) easy decision.

Some don't realize how difficult or expensive it is to find a Rolex sports watch, especially a cool Sub like yours.

    Sub wins.

I quick search on watch recon proves this statement to be false. Expensive? Yes, in comparison to the Omega. It is far more difficult to find the Liquid Metal PO.

Isn't "resale" the main advantage of Rolex. Sell that ugly dog and keep the curvy beauty. Seriously though, I love that PO... wouldn't let it go after so many years.

I don't think you find this level of impartiality, over on the Rolex forum.
Oh purleeease let us have another 900 page thread entitled ĎOmega V Rolexí. Pleaseeeee!!!!!!

Hate to be vulgar Solesy, but am now very curious as to what you had to cough up for the Sub? Itís relevant after these replies. DM

Nice pics Dan but for me the main question remains: do you also like that beautiful PO on your wrist, every day, considering that you believe it may be a little too big.

The way I see it, is itís a dive watch with 600m rating hence the thickness. There isnít any lug over hang, but it certainly wears quite high as my wrist isnít as broad to support it. Itís not uncomfortable and every person in my life I have asked their opinion and they all say it looks great on my wrist. I wore it all day again yesterday and it was great. Today Iím wearing the Sub and thatís great too. A real quandary.

May just flip them both and leave here!

This is the only true rational answer, for what it's worth. But, since i'm here along with you, I am clearly not rational either, so don't feel bad.
