Does anyone expect the Dark Side or Grey Side of the Moon to be updated to the new 9900 movement in May?

I'm very much hoping to see them updated with the 9900 movement and the slimmer caseback seen on the Speedmaster Racing Master Chronometer.

You never know. Just my guess - the 50th Anniversary models will be the focus for the Speedmaster line this year. Omega isn't teasing anything or giving clues. Heck, if you go by their Instagram, the only new watches this year will be for the ladies.

That would be fantastic. I also wouldn't mind a bit of color variety with that model.

I will need to see this wavy dial in person. Looks distracting in the bright lights.

I said I would stop buying watches, but if they ever bring out a smaller (36mm) Globemaster...

Re: When are the new releases coming??

A little birdie told me that Omega will be releasing details and photos around mid-May on their new 2019 models, including an additional 50th Apollo 11 LE, that's mostly stainless steel with some hint of gold and will retail for $9500-ish. Also there'll be a new Bond LE, limited 7007 pieces, likely based on the new 2018 SMP's to be released in Dec, featuring a gun barrel design on it and will retail for $6500-ish. Little birdie has no further info on the 321 Speedmaster, still about $10K to $12K for SS model, limited to 2K per year but not an LE, or if more details and photos will be shared during the mid-May event or not.

Boutiques and some ADs are already taking names on lists for these.
