Re: When are the new releases coming??

I've posted this comment numerous times over the years - I'm still hoping for an updated 2254

Black dial, sword hands, put it straight into the newer SMP case, keep the newer bezel, movement etc. Simple

Offer it on rubber too and I'm saving my pennies for another new one

Just like back in the day when the blue bond with skeleton hands and the 2254 were simultaneously available (yes I know that the newer models are also available in black dial/bezel, but I prefer the sword hands)
Rolex Sea Dweller 116600 (BNIB Feb 2015)
    Omega Seamaster 2254 (2nd owner)
Omega Planet Ocean 8500 42 mm (BNIB June 2018)
    Seiko SBDX 017 - MM 300 (2nd owner)
    Seiko SRP 653
    Seiko SKX's 171 009 both modded
Some G's (2 BNIB listed for sale on WUS)

Talked to my very friendly AD yesterday. Tried to pry some new information out of him. The only thing he would say is that their will be a white dial 300m Diver. Not my thing, but thought other folks might be interested.

Interesting but I wonder how legible a white ceramic dial will be and how it will look with the lumed hour markers too.

White dial / black bezel? Fingers crossed!

Also there'll be a new Bond LE, limited 7007 pieces, likely based on the new 2018 SMP's to be released in Dec, featuring a gun barrel design on it and will retail for $6500-ish. Little birdie has no further info on the 321 Speedmaster, still about $10K to $12K for SS model, limited to 2K per year but not an LE, or if more details and photos will be shared during the mid-May event or not.

Boutiques and some ADs are already taking names on lists for these.
I can confirm above information is true. Also new SMP chronographs will be released.

Interesting... Anyone heard anything about a GMT? Think the chrono’s will be too big for me.

Actually I think I’ll be happy with the standard 3 hand SMP. Gives me an excuse to get the new Oris Aquis GMT once the SMP’s in the bag!

I'm excited about the SS Speedmaster. I think it will be somewhat similar to the 45th anniversary. However, I wish Omega stopped with the multiple versions of Speedmasters - seems to dilute the brand IMO.
