Will Omega service an OEM bracelet independent of the watch?

I have a Seamaster 160/930 bracelet that I bought for a 2054.50 some years ago and have worn it pretty well. Now that the watch is due for a service can I get the bracelet serviced by Omega even though it’s not with the original watch? To my knowledge they will not service the watch unless it is on the same bracelet it left the factory with.

Why not just send it to Nesbits? They will service the watch and take care of the bracelet just as well as factory service.

Why do you abide such treatment from the manufacturer? You purchased the watch for your personal use and if changing a bracelet to one that is more personally appealing represents an issue for the manufacturer, then it's time to seek service elsewhere IMHO.

They WILL service the bracelet as well, as long as it's a genuine omega, even if it's not the original one.

The only exception I'd think about would be something like a 18 mm bracelet on a 20 mm watchhead. Not sure about this.

They serviced my 2531.80 with the 1154 adjustible clasp I put on it. Nary a word from the service center. Omega ain't like Rolex in this regard (thankfully).
