Cheapest seiko with a spring drive movement?

    Hi all,

I've been in the market for a long time looking for the most inexpensive spring drive containing seiko.

I have only been able to find things in the 4000+ range

Can anyone point me in the direction of a cheaper pricepoint (new or used)?

    Thanks!

Would you really spend that kind of money on a watch just because it's the cheapest with a certain kind of movement?

I'm a huge fan of the movement and cannot afford a 4k watch at the moment so I was hoping there was something sub 2000.

    Thanks

Seiko SBDB015. I think Seiya dropped the price on these to $2,650 or such? Had one and loved it but let her go for the Rolex pursuit.

What are you referring to? (What does this mean: "No chance. Not even used.")

Someone posted about a watch containing a spring drive that costs less than 3k new.

"I was hoping there was something sub 2000." You'll do very well to find a spring drive under $2000 USD.

How about the SBGA283/285? Pre-owned prices are pretty attractive.
