Don't know that particular model, but if it's 100m water resisitant, it's more than likely a screw on back. If the the case back has six nothces on it, it's a screw on back. You will need a case opener like the one below. You can find them fairly cheaply on eBay. If you are not sure what you are doing, then you better take the watch to a watch maker or jewellers.
You should be OK. Just be sure to adjust the case opener so that it's a good fit on the caseback. You don't want to slip and scatch it up! Sometimes those Seiko backs are screwed on rather tightly.
