New Seiko suggestions with a $1000 Budget --- aaaannnnd go!

    Hey Everyone!

Well with my excessive watch spending the last couple of years, I was going to be good this year and not add anything new to the collection. That quickly changed when I received a green light for a potential new watch this year as an anniversary gift ;)

Targeting a budget less than $1000, I figure the best bang for buck would be a Seiko. I currently have a Rolex Sub LV, a seamaster professional, and a Explorer 1 214270. Any suggestions on what to pick up? I have had an SKX and Turtle previously, and think I would like to go a different direction.

    Smaller (ish) wrist at 6.5-7".

Cheers and thanks for the advice!

The alpinist inspired presage seems pretty good!

Sbbn tuna. If you like quartz, it’ll make a great go to watch.

Agreed. It wears much smaller than the dimensions. The lug to lug is shorter than the 40mm NTH.

If you want to go dressy allow me to introduce the SARX055. If you want dive then the 300M Tunas are a absolute delight.
