    Please identify this Orient watch

    Hi, I just bought this beautiful Orient, can you please identify what model / caliber / approx. year it is? Thank you!

    No date pointer there John. I think the second hand just happens to be at a place where there is a red arrow. If you have a look at the second photo, the arrow has been left behind.

    It's model 2ER05000B on a leather strap. It probably has it's own distinct model number when fitted on a strap but I cannot locate it. There are some variations by changing the last zero in the model number to another number. ER is the movement grade and B is the colour B = Black. D = Blue

    The watch is in current production.

    That makes sence. It is one of those months at a glance things. I was wondering how the hand would skip past the 2 gaps between the numbers.

    Thank you very much. I bought the watch in used condition, the strap is probably not original, it may be the 2ER05000B model, metal bracelet replaced with leather strap (?).
