    SBDL045 or SBDN045

    Hi

I'm fairly new to the massive collection of Seiko's which are out there. I've got a couple of Seiko 5's and want to add to my collection but this time with a pop of colour.

I've seen the SBDN045 in the sales section on here which I really like the look of.

However, after doing a bit of research I've now come across the
SBDL045 which to me looks similar but it's a chronograph and it seems to be a bit deeper in size.

Can anyone else enlighten me? The SBDL is available at a cheaper price for a brand new one and although I prefer the added bulk of this one, I prefer the clean face of the SBDN.

Tough choice either would be a good choice, although not really that "limited", I myself am drawn to the chronograph version, I like the rectangular indices and the date complication better.
Also I'm not sure if these are a "numbered" limited edition.

I have the SBDN045. I like it a lot, but the dial is smaller than I’m used to (or at least appears smaller, it could just be the wide bezel insert). I couldn’t imagine trying to make it more cramped by adding subdials. But then again, I don’t wear chronographs of any size because I think it hurts legibility.

I think it's down to personal choice. I am not a huge fan of diver chronos. I did have the non-shrouded version of that watch and it was fine, but less readable than a watch without subdials would be.

I like chronos but I think in this case I’d go for the SBDN.

SBDN it is then (I think!).
Time to do some haggling :)

    Thanks for the input.
