    Useful user manual info

    Hello all,
Im not normally one to pour over thick user manuals, but I found some good info from my sbgj203g manual. Id heard about resting the watch in different positions but winding at a set time was something new to me.
    Regards

Thanks for that. And BTW you doubled up on rules 1 & 2 and omitted 3 & 4.

So I need to wear my watch in an environmentally controlled atmosphere at the same elevation whilst moving constantly in a gentle manner. Damn.

I used to wind my hand cranker at the same time each day but not to maximise accuracy rather to prevent me forgetting to wind it.
