No clue here. Try shooting CitizenWatchCo a PM with your question and a link to this thread. If anyone can help you it will be them. You might have to provide them with info from the rear of the watch. They'll check the message the next time they are on the board and, if they are able to help you, reply here for all to see.
It looks like a Cal. H-570 movement. I'm not sure of the specific model of that particular watch, though.
