    Aquis Bracelet Experience

Pretty much all of my watches have some desk diving marks and some minor swirlies...except my Aquis. I wear it just as much as my other watches and I expected the polish to immediately acquire some mysterious scratches (as they always tend to be), but not a single scratch in 8 months, and let me add that I do not necessarily baby it either. The only marks are on the clasp.

Anybody else? Also, is there a particular way they're manufacturing these to make them more scratch resistant? Here is a pic from this morning. I will try to post one later of the bracelet. I am curious to hear about other experiences.

You’ve only to look at an Oris titanium bracelet for it to scratch horribly.

I'm sorry to hear that. I've been wanting to buy a titanium Aquis and bracelet.
My 2014 Red Sea Environmental Center-edition Aquis and bracelet,
although beautiful in polished and brushed steel,
were together too heavy for my liking at 189 grams (6.7 ounces).
Apparently Oris uses grade-2 titanium rather than 'getting with the times' and using grade-5 titanium.

Mine was pretty good but got a slight mark on the case side and marks on the upper links of the bracelet.

Ti-2 is softer and Ti5 is harder than SS. Would never own a Ti-2 again.
