    Correct springbars for ProPilot

While changing out the strap to a bracelet on my Big Crown Propilot GMT this morning, I accidentally launched one of the springbars into orbit. Can anyone tell me the correct replacement size to purchase? Obviously 22mm width, but what body diameter, tip diameter, and tip length?

Gratuitous pic prior to springbar launch:

I’m sorry for your misfortune (I think we’ve all done this) and I can’t be much help on the sizing, but that made me laugh really hard. Thanks

This has nothing to do with your question (which was hilarious BTW), but what size is your wrist? That 45mm case looks just fine on you, and I’m a bit jealous lol.

You’re not alone on the catapulting spring bar into never neverland ;)

Sorry I don’t have an answer either. :) However, that strap combo is outstanding!!!

    Cheers

Enormous.......my wrist is about 8.5". Makes finding straps (and watches) that fit a challenge unfortunately. Thank god for the custom makers out there!

Man, that’s a full 1-1.25” larger than my wrist diameter. No wonder. I’ve been wanting to get that piece for years, just can’t pull it off.

Sorry but I’m not sure of the size either. With a wrist like that you’re the perfect candidate for a ProDiver Chronograph.

Did you lose one, or both of the spring bars? I only one, why can't you get measurements from the other one?

Just one, but I don't have a caliper to measure the other. I'm guessing the body diameter is standard 1.8mm, but tip size is important.

    I'll try and email Oris.

Try the service centre first - you may meet with more success with them.
