Experience with Oris Warranty Repair in the US

My one year old Aquis Carlos Coste stops running very quickly once taken off the wrist, faster when laying on its side vs. flat.
What is you experience with the repair centers in the US (some posters seem to have bad experience with the one in Canada) and what turn-around can be expected?

Turnaround depends on the line in front of you.

I recently sent my Big Crown Pointer date in for a minor cosmetic repair.
The repair was sent to the Watchmaker in Massachusetts.
The staff at the Watchmaker was communicative and the watch was sent back to me in tip top condition.
Overall I would rate the experience a solid 9.5/10.

(please note..I amended my original post. Initially I claimed that it took the Watchmaker 4 months to return the watch. Upon reviewing my records, it actually took just over 2 months. )

Can only speak for the one in the U.K. and I wasn’t overly impressed. Take plenty of good dated photos before you send it in then if they butcher it you’ve got “before” images.

Similar to my experience. I sent my pointer to the MA shop. It was all straight forward and professionally handled. The watch came back like new in a nice little travel case.

Wow! They gave you a travel case!
That would have pushed my review /rating to a 10/10!
I did get a cool little Oris box though.

I bought a rubber band for my Oris Diver 65 36mm. Wore it for a day. Did not suit me. I asked to return it and because I did not have the original packaging they would not take it back. Guess my bad for throwing away the packaging. The band is now for sale on the forum.
