    fake Oris ProDiver ?

    Looks real, but also looks like the bezel rubber grip is missing. If it's fake the bad guys worked real hard on it.

    Looks like it's real.
    Open the back and you'll find out.
    Also, seems like the bracelet is not original.
    To my knowledge this model comes with rubber strap and Titanium bracelet.
    Unless they made SS version bracelet is not original to the watch.
    Rubber grip can be bought from Oris and check does the rotating locking system work.
    You should be able to grip the watch where the rubber is missing around the bezel , pull-up the bezel and rotate it counter clock wise. When you are done, push it back in.
    There should be also writing on the side of the bezel

    I can't honestly say if the watch is real or not but it did come with a rubber strap and a titanium bracelet. You will not be able to buy just the missing rubber bezel outer from Oris. An AD would have to order the entire RSS bit and change it for you. I know there was an issue with the bezel rubber coming adrift on the early PDCs.
