Got my new Oris Aquis (Green Ceramic) brushed

So, I got this bad boy in yesterday and absolutely loved it, but not the blingy polish on the bracelet. I went to my local jeweler and they brushed the outer links of the bracelet and now it looks fantastic and rivals the look of my Tudor Black Bay! Plus, I absolutely love that green ceramic bezel! What do you guys think?

TBH the Aquis looks good regardless of how it's finished.

I agree. It's a beautiful watch, regardless. However, I just think that a tool watch like the Aquis should have a brushed, matte-like finish. Just like my Tudor Black Bay Red, which I would not like at all if it didn't have the brushed finish. To each their own!

Looks better brushed. I too wish that Oris released the Aquis without polished portions. Enjoy!

Thanks, man! You really took care of this watch as it was near impossible to find anything wrong with it. My jeweler told me if I was sure that watch was used. LOL. Will enjoy this beautiful piece in good health!!!

on another thread about brushed bracelets, the guy was told they had to remove the bezel in order to properly get the lugs brushed. That meant pressure test afterwards I think and bumped the cost significantly. You have similar issues?

Not my jeweler. He told me it was a little tricky to polish the lugs, but he he ended up doing it right. I love the final finish on the bracelet. I was only charged $30 for the brushing.
