    Need Help: Strap Changing Tool

Hello all. I just bought an Oris Aquis Date. I love this watch. However, Iíd like to reverse the straps. I think it would wear more comfortable with the longer side of the strap on the bottom. Please see the pic below of how the watch came to me. Anyway, Iím writing this post to ask a favor. Does anyone have an Oris strap changing tool I could borrow? I realize that is a weird request, but there are no dealers near me that have the tool and Iíd rather not buy one if I donít hav to. I have a ton of good reviews on this site and have had many sales. I also have over 800 positive eBay reviews. I just need to borrow a tool for a day or two then can return it. Please let me know if you have one I can borrow.

    Thanks for your time.

I found two ADs and went to both today. They didnít have the tool and wanted to send the watch off.

Re: Need Help: Strap Changing Tool

I just received my Aquis Source of Life yesterday and used Y screwdrivers I got from Amazon for a whopping $6.59. The largest of the set worked perfectly to remove the bars. See screenshot from Amazon below. Order tonight and you'll be changing the strap tomorrow. Note that the bars have a side near the non-screw side tip that is flat. That part must be facing the sky if the watch is laying on a table face up. Otherwise the bars won't go back in all the way. Took me a while to figure that out.

If the triwings that you ordered have a look on this forum - I’m sure that someone posted a link to a set that did work.

For clarification...this discussion and the recommended set of triwing drivers will fit the 43mm or the 39.5 mm? I'm hoping to change to the rubber occasionally also and I have the 39.5...
    Thanks,
    Joe
