I am definitely an Oris fan and think the BC4 series look pretty "neat." I think me personally, would get tired of it quickly.

The BC4 is a fairy big watch for an Oris (it wears quite big) so be sure you can carry it off.

    Re: Oris BC4 735-7617-4164LS

Basically I'm looking for a pilot watch which has a similar look to the BC4 retrograde (definitely do not like the BC4's with huge knob on top right). Not interested in spending $6k for a Panerai or IWC but at the same time looking for something slightly different from a well made Swiss maker (although I would consider German). The BC4 seems to fit most of my "wants" although the SW200 movement is about as boring as they come. I understand it's a fairly solid movement, but do I really want a Landrover with a Toyota Camry engine if you understand my point?

I guess what I'm saying is so far other than the look of the BC4, there's not much else pulling me to buy. Can someone convince me on this watch? Any other recommendations?

    Thank you in advance!

While the SW200 never set anyone's heart a-flutter I'd have another one anytime.
