Thumbs Up ORIS Big Crown ProPilot

What do you guys and gals think of this new ProPilot. Most likely with calibre 111.

This is the new ORIS Big Crown ProPilot with in-house calibre

Very cool, as I really like the new 110/111 models and I just got a ProPilot Day Date a couple of days ago! Perfect union.

Love it. I was just about to purchase the GMT model but this is the one to get. From what I hear it will be released in November.

Looks interesting but I think I would be a bit nervous about getting the strap mucked up. It may well just be be me but I seem to have an affinity with dirt.

Same here. The Chrono GMT was on my short list, but I'll wait and see this new guy before making a decision. Love the 10 day reserve, plus it should be thinner for being a manual. Only reservation I have is the 9'o clock date that cuts into the second sub-dial. Would have much prefer to have it located at 6'0 clock position.

The big question is will people buy it at that price range. This at greymarket prices for sure.

Bizarre date, and I very rarely complain about date windows.

    Re: ORIS Big Crown ProPilot

I love it, and am planning on getting it when it hits.

I agree that the 9 o' clock date window is very, very strange. Looking at pics, it's a borderline eyesore to me. I'm just trying to be open to the idea that it'll look nicer in the flesh.

It doesn't matter either way, as I'm getting one no matter what. I'll figure out a way to get accustomed to it.
