Oris Calobra Limited Edition - Any thoughts?

Saw this yesterday and immediately fell in love:

    44mm
    Screwn-in crown
    100m WR
    SW200 movement
    Limited edition
    SuperLuminova BG W9
    Ceramic bezel

What do you guys think? Worth 1,000? The only con I see is that it is 44mm and, with that small bezel, it will wear huge.

Well, the Black second hand is a turnoff.

I really like the design and the colors but, yeah, if there's one issue aesthetically speaking is that it's too dark. It would be nicer if the chapter ring and the second hand had different (but subtle) colors.

I like the watch, not the strap.

Looks great to me. I like how the second hand blends in but is tipped for visibility. Similar to my Sinn 556 Weiss.

I love that strap! The rally fits the watch just fine in my opinion.

I didn't know that watch (very beautiful, by the way); the concept really looks similar.

44mm puts me off... 42mm would be more realistic...

If you're not sure about the size try one of the other 44mm Oris watches such as the Big Crown Small Second Pointer Date.

I have Oris Calobra MKI and is a great watch. And guys, strap is amazing.

In my opinion is a little big watch (thin bezel and big dial) but I suggest you test it on wrist.

The red-tipped black second hand on my Big Crown ProPilot Day Date is hard to find/see sometimes, the white tip on this should be great IMO. My only issue with this Calobra is the day and dates not being near each other, it seems a bit awkward with them separated at 3H and 6H. Otherwise it is a really nice looking watch, and the hands from the BC ProPilot series are great looking.
