Oris F1 williams - Crown came off

Hi ive got a few watches and a number of Oris watches,

While setting the time on my Oris Williams the crown came off ? Is that normal on Oris watches are they not epoxyed to the winding pin?

It was serviced a few years ago and the crown was replaced

Thoughts ? Is it normal? Do i stick abit of lock tight on it? Or send it to Oris?

I think you need a new crown.

Looks like a job for Oris. I’ve never heard of it being a known weakness so I reckon it was just one of those things.

I'd send that in. That's definitely not normal.
Before you ask, yes, I've seen -45 degrees (both Celsius and Fahrenheit)

Better to send it to Oris or maybe you can also check with your local watch repair guy.
