    Oris watch winder

Hows it going I am new to the forum. I recently purchased an Oris artix and I am looking to purchase a watch winder to put it in. Does anyone have any recommendations. I found a diplomat 2 watch winder with these specs.

    The knob has 5 stops:
    • 1st stop: Unit is off
    • 2nd stop: winder will rotate clockwise for 2 minutes and rest for 6 minutes
    • 3rd stop: winder will rotate counter-clockwise for 2 minutes and rest for 6 minutes
    • 4th stop: winder will rotate clockwise for 2 minutes, rest for 6 minutes then it will rotate counter-clockwise for 2 minutes, rest for 6 minutes
    • 5th stop: winder will rotate clockwise for 5 minutes then counter-clockwise for 5 minutes

This cycle will repeat continuously for 3 hours then rest for 9 hours. This winder can be powered using the supplied 100/240V Adaptor or batteries (not included). This unit can be locked using the supplied key.

I have had an Eilux Classic, triple watch winder for over 5 years and love it. No problems and very quiet.

Check the Oris web site to see what movement is in it
refer to the Orbita database to see how many turns per day (TPD) and direction it likes
convert your winder settings to TPD.
Set your winder to give the same or more than the recommended TPD.
