    Poor mans Depth Gauge ...

    ... my version ;) .

... so to answer a few questions, first, yes the Depth Gauge strap will fit a 43mm Aquis. It is plug and play - simple strap swap like any other Oris strap. Yes, you can procure the strap assembly alone from an AD. From my understanding you can order just the strap without the clasp but I chose to order both and got an extra DLC screw set as part of the deal. Nice to have in case one of the coated screws gets damaged.

You can't install a Nato on the Aquis. But with this combo right here, why would you want to? :)

Thank you. It appeared to me in the lume shot that the bezel markers glowed a bit as well, but probably just lighting. Very cool looking diver!

I suppose it does sort of look like the numerals are glowing ... I never claimed to be a good photographer :p . I never like to take any of my lume shots in complete darkness. I like to beable to see at least some of the watch still.

Good Sir, please convince me as to why I do not actually "need" to buy yet another watch, as this one appears to be quite the stunner.
