What about the Small seconds hand?

My small seconds hand on my Oris, see pic, can be read 2 ways,
Can anyone clear this up for me?
Which side do I use for time setting? The side with the lume?

Whichever side you want. Pick one and stick with it. There's no right or wrong though the obvious choice would be the lumed end.

    LOL - you guys

whichever end you want to choose, but like BradJ says obvious would be the lume end.

Pick one and don't stick with it if you don't want to , I would alternate the non-lumed end for every wednesday and 3rd thursday in a month :)

It's only visual of course , it's not linked to anything apart from going a full circle every minute and set to where you set the minute hand to in relation to it.

Like Brad says - just pick one and stick to it. I prefer to use the lume end but it's purely a matter of personal preference.

Perhaps you nice gentlemen could help me. Apparently I have 2 wrists and I'm not sure which wrist to put my watch on. Much appreciated.

I think I'm good at these questions, so please allow me to offer my answer:

    whichever one it fits
