Amphibia 090916M: in search of a new steel bracelet

    Hi guys,
this is my first post here.
I am not exactly a collector (room and money, you know) but I am curious about watches, so I hope I am not too much of a stranger here.
Anyway, I have a little problem and surely someone here can point me to the right course.
    I got a Vostok Amphibia/Amphibian Classic (090916M) a few weeks ago.
The watch itself looks pretty cool and sturdy, I really like it.
The problem is the bracelet. I am not unhappy about how it looks but I seem to be unable to understand how to remove some links to fit it to my wrist.
I have done this a couple of times in the past with no particular hassle but this seems a mission impossible to accomplish. The links are folded type, I have inspected them carefully, there are small arrows on some of them but I can't see any pin to push.
So I think it would be easier to replace the whole thing but I haven't been lucky in the search so far.
I would like to find a nice looking/good quality solid steel bracelet. I'd prefer a Vostok original one but I'm open to suggestions.
I am not interested in straps of any kind, only ss bracelets.
    Thank you.

Posting a picture or two of the bracelet and area in question will help get you more responses.

Most bracelets of this quality tend to have a simple friction pin system for holding the links in place, but without a picture it would be difficult to assess this correctly.

Also, you might consider re-posting this request in the "Russian Watch" section of this forum to see if any Vostok owners can comment on this issue.

    Hi Nokie,
    thanks for replying.
Indeed I was in doubt where to post, here or in the Russian watch section. I'll try to re-post there.

As for the pics, I don't have a digital camera, sorry.
Anyway, I found a picture on the forum (hope JonS1967 doesn't mind if I use it):

The links are all like the one near the case (no pin).
