Question Bracelet with Lugs Smaller than Width?

I need to get a new bracelet for my vintage Seiko DX, but the bracelet has lugs that are smaller than the width of the bracelet itself because the bracelet attaches to recessed lugs behind the watch. Is there a specific name for this type of bracelet?

I have been able to find some notched leather straps, but no metal bracelets.

For those interested, I am considering trying a bracelet extender so I can just use the old bracelet. Now to find one the right size.

Was not aware that such bracelet extenders were even available. Thank you for posting the youtube video. Good to know!

I didn't either until I saw them this morning. You can get them on eBay for around $5. Not sure how durable they will be though.
