    Deployment clasp question

Firstly, can I just say that if this is the wrong place to ask this question, my apologies...as you can see I'm a bit of a newbie around here.

I received today my first watch that has been fitted with a deployment clasp on the leather band - a Tissot Le Locle. The correct setting for my wrist size makes the overall aperture of the watch band when undone, however, too small to get over my hand, which means I have to completely undo it to put it on...a bit of a fiddle. I guess what I'm wondering is, is this an unusual problem or is it a common problem for deployment clasps?

Thanks in advance for any sage wisdom forthcoming.

    Re: Deployment clasp question

Is it the single sided deployment or the butterfly version you have?
I tried google but they show pics of both types on this model.

Have you tried flipping the watch 180 degrees i.e.put the watch on the underside of your wrist and then tried pulling the watch off? I have to do this with some watches.

Auspuff got it. I have the same issue with my Hirsch Strap. I need to tuck my thumb, put the head towards my thumb, slide my hand in and turn to wear the head is on my wrist.

It's a real pain to be honest.

^^^ Good advice. Reverse it and if that does not work, post some pictures for more responses.

Nice little trick to know...that did help a bit. The odd thing about it is that I have relatively small hands.

    Deployment clasp question

Your probably like me. I like my watch like I like my women. TIGHT! Get in it and enjoy. When you don't get a new strap.

Switch the clasp to a butterfly or swap the Strap out.
