Help me pick a Strap for my new Bulova

    Hello All,
So I received this new Bulova today! It came with a deployment strap, which I really don't like...so it has been removed. Right now it is on a spare 22mm strap I had unused. I'm not sure the light tan fits a black face watch. I also ordered a HR croc grain with white stitching for this, but honestly don't know if that's a match either. What do you think? If possible, please post pictures or links to your suggestions.

That is one of those busy but interesting dials that needs a strap with a prominent texture to match it, the problem you are having with the current strap is how smooth it is more than the colour (although the colour wouldn't be my first choice either). Think about something like lizard, maybe ostrich.

So what color would you go with? Black works...what about a dark brown?

Yeah, a darker colour would work best. Black always matches, but it can look a little stale if not done well - if you go black, pick a stich in maybe light or dark grey, instead of black or white. I also think an open stitch pattern instead of the box style you have now would be more suited.

A dark brown strap with a deep red stitch would also be interesting.

Crocodile or alligator with a silver buckle would look great on that watch.

I think there's nothing wrong with it. It looks young and stylish.
