How to remove deployment clasp from BFK bracelet.

Does anyone know if the clasp from the bracelet on the BFK's is removeable? So far I've been able to remove the spring-bar holding the non-diver's extension side, but I can't seem to remove the diver's extension side of the clasp. Is this not a spring-bar that's connecting this? Maybe a non-removeable rivet? TIA.

Thanks, Nokie. Here's a pic. I'll also ask for help in the BFK thread.

Re: How to remove deployment clasp from BFK bracelet.

It looks like a normal spring bar, but it could be pressed in and not meant to be removed. Lots of watches have this on the bracelet/clasp attachment end so it stays secure and cannot pop out.

If you have tried to remove it like a normal spring bar but you are not getting any play in the pin when you press it down, chances are it is a permanent mount.

You might be able to cut it out via Dremel tool, etc, but that also might create more problems that it solves, IMHO.
