I shouldn't have put my Sinn strap on my Citizen... : )

    Hi,

So, to make a long story short, I took the strap off my Sinn UX (EZM 2B) Hydro and put it on my Citizen Aqualand Promaster (BN2037-11E), wanting to see how that might look. After looking at it for a day or two, I decided to take the strap off again and put it back where it belongs. Well, this is where the "trouble" began...

The Sinn has small holes in the Lugs, so you can easily remove the strap. The Citizen does not have those holes. Usually, I would think this is not an issue, HOWEVER, since the Sinn strap has metals tube for support inside the strap, I am no longer able to push back the spring bar in order to take the strap off!

That said, what are my options here?

    Thanks,

    Kmd

    ... Problem solved.

I just went to a Watchmaker and he took a small saw and cut the spring bar. : ) Cost me $10 bucks.
