    Nato/Zulu convert...well, sort of.

Up until now I've been of the opinion that I didn't care for the nato/zulu type of strap, a perfect example of "contempt prior to investigation". I have a few watches that I just couldn't find the right strap/bracelet for that would suit my tastes or that felt good on my wrist. Well, earlier in the week I ordered 2, 24mm Nato and 1, 24mm 5 ring Zulu from Crown and Buckle and just got them today (excellent shipping time BTW from C&B), put them on the watches shown below, and I'm blown away! They feel great and I think, on the watches I've installed them on, look quite nice. I have a couple of the watches shown up for sale but now I'm not so sure that I want to sell them, I like the straps I've just installed that much.
Now don't get me wrong, I don't think I'll be changing out the bracelets to nato/zulu's on all of my watches. After all is said and done I'm still a bracelet guy at heart and don't buy in to the practice of putting a piece of cloth on my higher end watches. However, I can now say that there is definitely a place in my collection for a watch or two sporting a nato/zulu type of strap.
See pictures below, what do you guy's think.

That green dial on the first bond looks AMAZING with that strap. Does the black/grey bond. I'm a huge victorinox fan, so two thumbs way up brother. Really nice!

I agree. The green dial of the victorinox goes insanely well with the green on the bond strap.

I think they look great, but that's also because they're on some great watches too.
