    Need advice on a clasp

I have a Citizen Skyhawk, model JY0040-59L. I love the watch, but I have a bit of an issue with the clasp on the bracelet. There is no micro adjustment and my wrist is in between link sizes in such a way that one less and it's too tight and one more added and it flops around. I cannot stand this! I've measured the bracelet at around 3mm thick at the thickest point of the links. What is the best solution from an aftermarket perspective for a clasp with adjustment? Strapcode? Someone else? The strapcode clasps all say ideal for bracelets around 4-5mm thick and 1mm isn't really significant. Just looking for everyone's experience and insight. Thank you everyone and have a great Sunday!

Maybe a cheap solution to try is to get a 1" round bandaid and stick it on the case back to see if it adds enough thickness to take out enough "slack" for the bracelet to work as is. It would probably add a little "friction" as well to keep your watch from flopping around. I've never tried it, but this is where I'd start if I were in your shoes.

Sounds like you could use a half link, which should hopefully still be available from Citizen. https://www.citizenwatch.com/us/en/contactus
Hotel Clerk: Do you have seventeen dollars and a good watch?
Del: No I don't. I have uh... two dollars... and a Casio.

Thank you, that's exactly what I wound up doing. The bracelet had 2 half links that I had removed unknowingly. I removed two full links, installed the two half links and it's now perfect!
