NEED HELP shortening casio titanium band

    Hello,

I just received my casio tough solar with a titanium band which of course would fit a giant.

So i tried to remove a few links.

I have never owned a titanium band watch before, neither tried to adjust a band ever before obviously.

So from online research i found out that the pin should be pushed to the way the arrow shows. This was the easy part, i used a paperclip.

However, there was a pin and a small hollow cylinder for each link union i opened.

My question is, how should i insert the pins back? Where does the small hollow cylinder go? In the side of the arrow or in the side the arrow is pointing towards? And which way should the pin go in? AND in which order should i do any of these??

Any help appreciated, can provide photos too if necessary.

    Thanks,
    Theo

The collar can only fit one side, which is where the tail end of the arrow points toward.

The pin is inserted in the opposite manner which you pushed it out. I.E., from the end which the arrow points toward but pushed in the direction of the tail.
