    Padded strap like this?

I saw this strap on Rec watches and I love the look, however it's only available in 24mm and I want it in 22mm.

Does anyone know where I might be able to find something similar in 22mm?

Or is it best just to buy it and shave a mm off each edge?

Either shave or slightly squeeze it. Do the squeeze now all the time with leather, works great.

The way it flares out at the case, it looks like you should be able to shave it and touch it up if necessary. Nice find.

Yeah, Brad, that will be expensive to replicate if you were to contact a custom maker that could actually do it. I have to agree with the above. Since it is suede maybe you can rework it by sanding it (yes, I have not only sanded, but filed leather before :p ). The shape definitely lends itself to being modified the way you need it to be.

    Thanks all.

Not a fan of squeezing straps into smaller lugs but one of the things I noticed was how the lugs flared - should be good for trimming (or sanding - thanks for the suggestion Pallet Spoon)

Very unique looking strap for sure. Good luck.
