I have an Aristo 3H114 which I really like, but i don't wear much because the strap doesn't fit well. I have small wrists (6.25 inch). I was able to punch an extra hole in the strap that came with the watch, but it was tough because the padding starts getting thicker there. Now I can fight to get the peg in that hole, or I can go one notch looser, and then the watch is ending up on the side of my wrist. And the buckle sticks out, too.
Here's the watch at LongIslandWatch, on the stock strap: Aristo 3H114 42mm Aviator Swiss Automatic (self-winding) Watch
I like the classic, understated black strap, which looks a little dressier than something like a Hirsch Liberty. I have the Liberty for another watch, in brown -- had to add another hole, but it worked out well. But it's a little thick for dress shirt sleeves. And I might be looking for something slightly less sporty for this watch, although I'm still going back and forth on that.
Any suggestions? I saw a Hirsch Buffalo in a short size, and thought "Hmmmm." I'm still undecided about the white stitching, but maybe.
