    Strap Rec for this pilot?

Something is "missing" on this watch that I am hoping a new strap will solve. I almost sold it for a Hamilton, but would like to explore some strap options.

    The stock strap....

I would like something that is thicker, constant width, more substantial buckle, and adds some texture or distress, and of course compliments the hues of the dial.

I was looking at this but it's not giving me all I want.

    Suggestions would be much appreciated!

+1 for this. I think a pilot/aviator style watch always goes with a strap that has rivets.

Thanks for the suggestions. I don't think I want the rivets for this one. I like those distressed straps linked above, but they are thinner, maybe it won't be that much of a difference. I am exploring a distressed leather nato option. I just saw something like this in an amazon review and it looked nice. Any other opinions, I want to hear them! Thanks!.

If you're looking for distressed leather NATO straps, those can be had on cheapestnatostraps for a pretty decent price.

Cool the snarky tone mate; no need for condescension.

OP, cheapestnatostrap carries distressed leather NATOs - which are thinner - and Zulus - which are thicker. Just check them out in any case and see if you find anything you fancy.

The other option would be to go through custom strapmakers, but you could pay anywhere from 25-50USD for a thick, custom-made leather NATO/Zulu. If you want thick, it's most likely that you'll have to settle for Zulu hardware.
