Question Tucking tail of Timefactors G10/NATO?

So I received my first Timefactors G10/NATO today. I'm impressed by the quality, however for the life of me I can't tuck the tail in. The keepers aren't high enough to feed the strap back in for a tuck? I tried jamming them in as much as I could but it just doesn't fit. I'm perplexed because photos on the Timefactors web site show their straps with the tail tucked.

Are you guys able to tuck yours?

Same experience here. I can cram mine in with a bit of work, but don't wear it much as a result. I do love the look of the hardware, but don't love using it. In the end, I wear my tss, crown and buckle, and Phoenix Natos a lot more.

I got rid of mine for that very reason. Great strap, but not being able to keep the tail tucked in drove me crazy......

If the strap has narrow rings, you can "tuck" like this:

tucking leads to a big lump of fabric that always get knocked loose, so i always trim the excess length off so i just insert the end thru the rings and it's done, simple.

On my other NATOs I've never had the excess tail knocked loose though. Looks like trimming will be the only way now.

I'm just confused because the photos on their Web site show the tail folded over and fitting under the keeper. So have the keepers gotten narrower to prevent folding the tail back in?

Also, does anyone know if Timefactors new Deluxe NATOs can fold over the tail?

Here are two ways I wear it and took it off to better show the difference. Maybe it's my wrist size (at 6.75 inches) but this strap works either way.

    Easy loop:

    Tucked in loop (looks clean):

Your keepers look taller? I can't fit the strap material 3x through like your pictures above. I'm wondering if the hardware has changed?

Not sure if the hardware changed. It has the angled corners.

I will say the fit is rather tight through the keepers...
