What kind of clasp is this?

This is the only type of clasp I can find in this style that can be used on any leather strap. Anyone know what it's called so I can search for more on Ebay?

Goes by many names but it is a single fold deployment clasp with flip lock/aka deployment with safety. Either should get plenty of hits on eBay. These are not the only clasps that will fit any watch. In fact on the hole side of the clasp you will find that many of these clasps will not be wide enough for a thick strap. I like flip locks but I always prefer double folds. Single folds seem to always be touch to get on. Particularly if you have wide hands but think wrists. kind of like Mickey Mouse.

The he clasp you posted also looks like it has push buttons. I don't see push button and flip lock on the same clasp often. I feel like it's usually one or the other. I have a bunch of deployments and they do look better. However, I find good old fashion tang to be the most comfortable and user friendly.

After posting I decided to look for straps with push button and flip lock. I found this which is useful.

It can not be used on any strap. You need to know strap width and order this deployant accordingly, from 18mm to 24mm. A 24mm deployant will not fit a 18mm strap.
    Kind regards

    GAAAAAAHHHHHH, it's deployANT, not deployment!

Here is an entertaining read on the subject ;) ...

I've got one or two of that style clasp and lots of straps that are the correct width. None of my straps fit very well, so I don't use the clasps. I even tried nato's and can't get a good fit.

Well, unless you are running spell check in French (the origin of the word) it may not be recognized ;) -
