    Any chance Rolex will bring back the Sub with plain markers?

    IMHO, it looks THAT much cooler with plain markers, no white gold surround. Any chance at all?

    applied markers look so much better...
    i would hate to see it go, and doubt it will ever come back..

    I love the plain markers but cant see Rolex ever bringing them back. It would be a retrograde step and might be seen by some as an admission that for the last 20yrs they got it wrong with applied markers.

    Whilst I have always thought standard sub markers were too small, I think the Maxi dial markers are wonderful and the way forward for all sports models
