GMTII Ceramic Question for those who have one...

    Here is a crazy question.

I just picked up the GMTII Ceramic. Love the watch as a good compliment to my Subby and others in the collection.

I have a question on the SS Bezel. In the bezel filled triangle, I appear to have a "dark" spot generally triangular in shape within. It is light around the edges, but as move closer to the center - a matching triangular shape to the full size. I hope I am explaining clearly. Almost a triangle within a triangle, were in certain light their appears to be a darker spot. I initially thought it was some kind of lume that under normal light wasnt as bright as the platinum, but was incorrect. You can see it in the pic attached.

Is anyone else seeing this? Is this normal? I am wondering if I need to go back to the AD...In all pics that I have seen I havent noticed - but the ones that I have seen posted tend to have straight on light.

    Do love it...

It does not appear so on my two tone model.

Did you peal off all of the protective plastic stuff?

Strange, I don't remember having it either. I will check when I get home tonight.

Turned out to be dirt/oil...a little warm soapy water and a toothbrush did the trick to remove it.

I guess thats a new problem created by having those items recessed. Better than potential scratches by far though.

What is the size of that watch lug to lug? Someone with 8 1/2" wrists posted a shot at TZ and was wondering how big it really is?

Decent read, your answer is about 1/3 down.

Thanks Scott. It looks really substantial compared to the older version. I going to try see and if they have one at the mall I'm currently working at tommorrow. I read somewhere they may be difficult to find as they are still new so we'll see.
